Mark is a strategic visionary whose expertise transcends industry and geographical boundaries, but he’s also consistently honest, approachable and committed to helping every client become a thriving leader and employer of choice in their field.

Mark’s journey began in public accounting where he led teams advising clients on corporate strategies, operational excellence, technology enablement, and enterprise risk management on his path to becoming an experienced partner with highly sought after expertise.
His commitment to delivering results led to remarkable efficiency gains, substantial SG&A reduction, enhanced risk management, and the creation of tangible value across a diverse spectrum of clients and engagement types. As the Global Leader of Tax Operations in large multinationals, he orchestrated complete redesigns of global tax functions and controllership processes, centers of excellence and cutting-edge technology platforms that empowered finance and tax organizations.
Mark applies the same passion for continuous improvement in his personal life that he delivers for his clients in their organizations. After many years in practice, he earned his first graduate degree from University of Illinois to further expand his capabilities in accounting and tax. He also took the opportunity during the global pandemic to continue challenging himself professionally by earning his MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
